No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Balaji Helmets is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

How do I choose a size?
Measure your head circumference just above the eyebrows and match it to the size on the listing. If you fall between sizes, take the smaller one, because the padding settles with use.

Is the helmet certified?
Where a certification mark is moulded or printed on the shell, the listing says which mark it is. We describe what is on the product; we do not test helmets and we make no safety claim of our own.

Can I return a helmet that does not fit?
Yes, if it is unused and unworn with the visor film still on. Once a helmet has been ridden in we cannot resell it.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
